KFS operates under Salt River Business Development, a tribally owned enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in Arizona. Rooted in Scottsdale, the Community was shaped by the shared vision, values, and goals of the Onk Akimel O’Odham (Pima) and Xalychidom Piipaash (Maricopa) tribes.

Today, the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is led by a 9-member Council and is home to more than 11,000 members. Through its government, enterprises, and business activity, the Community continues to support opportunity, stewardship, and service across a broad economic foundation.

As part of this broader structure, KFS supports the economic development efforts of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community by contributing to its economic growth, opportunity, and responsible business activity. In doing so, KFS reflects the values and integrity at the heart of the Community.
