Members of our Huntsville team joined Salt River Business Development's CEO, Michael Mainwold this week to support this great cause.
Launched on February 19, 2003, the Salt River Community Children’s Foundation (SRCCF) is a nonprofit organization aimed at helping children in the Community achieve their fullest potential. The Foundation is dedicated to giving kids the opportunities they need to succeed in life, whether that’s in education, health, or general wellbeing.
With the mission of KFS being - Planning for tomorrow with the urgency of today- we are thankful for the opportunity to add to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community's portfolio of multi generational sustainability efforts.

Ethic Tech (a Kwolyewm Federal Solution) and Chickasaw Defense Group (a subsidiary of Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc.) secure a 5-year contract supporting the MARCORSYSCOM with subject matter expertise (SME) and training support across parachuting, aerial delivery, diving, and small craft operations. More specifically, this contract provides highly specialized technical expertise to the Air and Amphibious Reconnaissance (AAR) team to support equipment lifecycle management, testing, fielding, and operational readiness of reconnaissance capabilities.
Our team is truly grateful for this opportunity to support the USMC and its mission as well as all the individuals who assisted in making it happen. Time to put in the work!

We are grateful to announce our award of a 5-year contract supporting the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) providing staffing and technical leadership in the development, sustainment, and enhancement of the JSOU Virtual Education Environment across all required networks. Ethic Tech delivers full lifecycle support for custom software, Azure cloud-hosted web applications, SQL databases, and Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring uninterrupted operations and continuous modernization aligned with SOCOM objectives.
We apply Agile methodologies to design, develop, integrate, and refine innovative applications; automate and synchronize data exchanges between the Student Information System and Learning Management System; enable Common Access Card/token authentication; manage SharePoint and MS365 environments; and implement secure, scalable solutions across Commercial Cloud, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet architectures. Through this integrated approach, Ethic Tech delivers coordinated, enterprise-wide support that connects academic, administrative, and operational systems into a unified, secure digital ecosystem.

We are grateful to announce our selection for a Prime contract supporting the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) with comprehensive administrative, acquisition, financial management, professional, and program management services. Supported by our teammate, Cahaba Federal Solutions, our team under this IDIQ will support and streamline operations and functions across the directorate and supporting elements as well as the Office of Golden Dome for America.
The FSD comprehensive lifecycle facility management supports a customer base of approximately 15 million square feet of facilities and about 64,000 civilian and military personnel, including the Office of Secretary of War (OSW), Joint Chiefs of Staff, Defense Agencies, and the military departments in the National Capital Region (NCR). FSD provides administrative and operational support to specified Department of War (DoW) activities, including space management, maintenance, repair and alteration of assigned buildings, custodial services, landscape maintenance, trash, and debris removal, building operations, construction management, property management, preventative maintenance, and other support services.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dwayne Green as our new Vice President of Enterprise Services!
Dwayne brings over 35 years of experience in Information Technology, including 25 years supporting Federal and DoD agencies and 20 years of Cyber Security expertise. His impressive career includes seven years as a civil servant at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC LANT), where he led several high-impact initiatives—most notably the rebuild of the NAVWAR New Orleans data center.
Under his leadership, the Navy Enterprise Data Centers (NEDC) were established, laying the foundation for today’s Composite Enterprise Data Centers (CEDC) and Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS).
We’re excited for the vision and leadership Dwayne brings to KFS as we continue to grow and innovate in the enterprise services space.

KFS is thrilled to announce our hiring of Walt Mortimer as Senior Consultant for Base Operations Support (BOS)!
Walt joins us after over 46 years of service to the United States Army, including 25 years as a Soldier in the Engineer Branch (retiring as a Master Sergeant) and 21 years as a Department of the Army Civilian (achieving GS-14 level with the Installation Management Command (IMCOM)).
Most recently, Walt served as the Senior Public Works Business Operations and Facility Manager for IMCOM's Sustainment Directorate. In this position, Walt aided the efficient operation of 24 Army Installations and over $1B of public works funding. Walt's oversight included installation modernization and investment strategies, infrastructure improvements, military construction, space management, municipal services, and utility billing management.
Throughout his career, Walt has focused on supporting Soldiers. He's proven at every stop, including working at key sites both in the US and overseas, that his innovative approach and leadership multiply effectiveness and optimize results. That's why Walt is a perfect fit for KFS! He will complement our mission to make a positive, long-term difference for our employees, customers, partners, and our community.

Ethic Tech, LLC has been awarded a prime contract on the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ Multi-Agency Contract for 8(a) Small Business in the FACILITIES DOMAIN.
Services in this Domain include any and all services required to maintain and operate buildings, paved services, utilities infrastructure, and real property assets and equipment. This could include major facilities support such as DoD installations, hospitals, cemeteries, and other Federal or industrial real property, but does not include major/primary purpose construction.

Fort Carson recently hosted a professional development training for U.S. Army firefighters 11-15 August at the Mission Training Complex in Colorado Springs, CO. Supported by a host of leaders across Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (HQAMC), Army Civilian Career Management Agency (ACCMA), and Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM), the training aims to develop mid-level leaders both professionally and personally.
Ethic Tech, a Kwolyewm Federal Solution, currently supports the HQAMC Protection Program with Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES), Antiterrorism (AT), and Insider Threat (InT) as a subcontractor.

KFS is pleased to announce and welcome Ali Dowdall as the Business Development and Strategy Manager. Ali will provide strategic planning and be responsible for driving business development initiatives for new and existing customers, working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with both program objectives and organizational goals.
Throughout her career, Ali cultivated a deep passion for nurturing authentic, long-lasting relationships with customers, consistently focusing on understanding their needs. She dedicated herself to providing innovative, tailored solutions across a wide range of programs and missions, striving to make a meaningful impact in every endeavor. Ali brings with her an extensive wealth of experience and expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with local leaders, key strategic partners, and customers across a diverse array of markets within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and various federal civilian agencies.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree from Troy University with a degree in Political Science, majoring in American Politics and Public Administration. During her time there she competed as a member of the Division I Volleyball team from 2012 to 2016 where she still holds two long-standing records. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for AFCEA as the Director of Emerging Leaders and also serves on the CyberReach Board of Directors as Secretary. Ali volunteers her free time to the Meridianville Athletic Association, where she not only coaches volleyball but also mentors and teaches young girls, helping them develop both their athletic skills and personal confidence.
Before joining KFS Ali held the position of Account Manager at Insight Global within their Government Services Division. In this role, she provided comprehensive talent services, strategic planning, and performance management to a diverse array of clients and programs spanning across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Program Control, Data Analytics, and Business Development. Ali played a key role in guiding clients through complex initiatives, offering invaluable support for contracts within the Army, NASA, and the FBI, both locally and nationwide.
Originally from Davison, MI, Ali is the proud mother of her two sons, Jackson and Jace, and shares her life with her husband, Grant Bennett.
